Sony α CF Film-Making & LBH Interview

On August 25, Sony Korea (www.sony.co.kr) reveals a 1-year goal aggressive marketing strategy at its new product announcement-press conference to commence in the second half of 2011. The ceremony held at the Crystal Ballroom, Jung-gu, Seoul, Banyan Tree (formerly Tower) featured Alpha 77 and Alpha 65. The two cameras both feature Sony’s latest 24.3-mega-pixel Exmoor APS HD CMOS sensor and an enhanced BIONZ processor. The A77 boasts a 12fps full-resolution continuous shooting with phase detection (amateurphotographer.co.uk).

Apart from the Alpha A65 and A77 D-SLRs, both with a translucent mirror and OLED viewfinder; NEX cameras, the NEX-5N and NEX-7 made for photographers along with a trio of new E-mount lenses (details at pcmag.com).

Sony Korea as one of the well-known traditional brand name had specifically chosen top actor Lee Byung Hun for the new campaign. Noted as the perfect person for the strategic promotion, the new CF will be released in September boosting a public image for Sony.
